1. About Pickleball Trips

Pickleball Trips curates, promotes, and facilitates pickleball-focused travel experiences, including but not limited to accommodations, events, clinics, tournaments, and social activities. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transportation providers, venues, or activity operators unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment schedules, deposits, and deadlines will be clearly communicated at booking.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without refund.3.3 Price Changes

Prices may change due to factors beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, supplier price increases, taxes, or fees.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

4.1 Participant Cancellations

Cancellation and refund policies vary by trip and will be disclosed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations or no-shows

4.2 Trip Changes or Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a trip due to circumstances including (but not limited to):

  • Insufficient participation

  • Weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, our liability is limited to refunds actually received from third-party suppliers.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

  • Pickleball and travel activities involve inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, property loss, or death.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in any trip or activity.

You agree that participation is entirely at your own risk.

6. Health, Fitness, and Medical Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Determining your physical fitness and medical readiness

  • Obtaining necessary medical clearance

  • Carrying adequate health and travel insurance

We do not provide medical advice or care.

7. Liability Waiver and Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to:

  • Release, waive, and discharge Pickleball Trips, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

  • This includes claims based on negligence, except where prohibited by law.

8. Third-Party Providers

We act solely as an independent intermediary between you and third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, coaches, venues, and transportation companies.

We are not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties

  • Delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses caused by third parties

  • Changes in schedules, accommodations, or services

9. Travel Documentation and Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Valid passports, visas, and travel documents

  • Compliance with local laws, customs, and regulations

  • Any fines, penalties, or consequences resulting from non-compliance

10. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund for behavior that is:

  • Disruptive

  • Unsafe

  • Abusive

  • Illegal

  • Harmful to others or the experience

11. Intellectual Property

All content on PickleballTrips.com, including text, logos, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Pickleball Trips or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

12. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy of information

  • Availability or uninterrupted access

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable trip.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickleball Trips from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your participation

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
