Join us for a 10 day pickleball adventure across Western Japan!

Our most popular trip ever is back with an extra day of adventure!

Modern Japan is a fascinating dichotomy of ancient culture and futuristic civilization. Journey with us through time as we explore modern cities including Osaka and Hiroshima, the ancient capitol of Kyoto, the mystical island of Miyajima, and rural areas of Okayama prefecture, where even Japanese travelers rarely venture. All while playing pickleball with locals along the way and honing your skills under the tutelage of our professional instructors.

Pickleball Trips was born in Japan out of our threefold passion for travel, relationships, and pickleball. We guarantee a true insider experience and culinary treat as our tour hosts take you to all their favorite spots!

ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport

  • This 4-Star accommodation, which is only minutes from Kansai Int’l Airport (KIX) was voted as having one of the best hotel breakfast in all of Japan by TripAdvisor users in 202o.

Hilton Hiroshima

  • In the heart of Hiroshima City, our hotel is within five minutes of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Museum, Hiroshima Castle, and several transit stations. Heiwa-Odori’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment are 10 minutes away. Our hotel offers 24,780 sq. ft. of event space, as well as four restaurants and views from our skyline terrace.

Shiroyama Terrace

  • The most traditional lodging of our pickleball tour, this Japanese-style inn provides guests with a true sense of Japan’s past. From the private Onsen bath to the Washoku food combined with all the major comforts of a modern hotel, this will undoubtedly be a memorable stay.

Hotel Vischio Kyoto

  • The hotel “VISCHIO” of JR West Hotels retains the quality of “HOTEL GRANVIA” while placing emphasis on accommodations with a sophisticated urban and modern flair. The term “VISCHIO” means “mistletoe” in Italian, a tree that is considered holy and is said to bring luck, peace, and happiness according to Norse mythology. The name was selected out of our desire of a place with the feeling of an ‘urban shelter’ where our guests can recover from their journey, enjoy themselves, and gain a sense of well-being during their stay.
