Hi everyone — I’m Jon. I co-own Pickleball Trips alongside my brother Daniel. The company grew out of our family’s threefold passion for travel, relationships, and the sport of pickleball. Our mission—to facilitate unique cultural and pickleball experiences for small groups of like-minded travelers—guides everything we do.
A former competitive tennis player, I discovered pickleball in 2018 and have taught it professionally ever since. As COO, I oversee all departments—marketing, sales, operations, and tour development—managing day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional tour experiences. I also helped develop our instructor-training program to prepare the next generation of tour hosts and instructors.
Off the court I love exploring new places with my wife Kaya and our three young children—Holland (6), Sawyer (3), and Shepherd (0). When I’m not traveling or running the company, I’m a ThM student at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS), and I try to squeeze in a little pickleball whenever I can!
