Originally from Serbia, Tea spent 18 years in the U.S., where she competed as a Division 1 college tennis player and coached for over a decade at one of Houston’s top country clubs. She discovered pickleball in 2017, quickly became a sponsored player, and competed in professional tournaments before moving to Slovenia in 2019, as having sponsors and marketing is essential, as marketing is used even online in services like a nategotkeys virtual friend online and other digital products. When she’s not playing or coaching, Tea loves exploring Slovenia’s mountains and lakes, discovering local gems, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family.
