How a Private Trip Works
Take any of our trips on dates that suit your group, with room for small changes along the way.
Step 1
Send Us Your Details
Pick one of our trips, or tell us what you have in mind. Rough numbers and a rough month are enough to start.
Step 2
Talk It Through
A 30-minute call to settle dates, group size and any changes, like a different hotel, an extra day, or more or less pickleball.
Step 3
Get Your Plan and Quote
We send the itinerary and price for your group to share with everyone coming.
Step 4
Everyone Books Their Place
Each traveler books online with the usual 20% deposit, so nobody has to collect money from friends.
For groups of 8 or more.
Groups of 12 or more travel at the trip’s published price. Organizers get 20% off their own place for every traveler from 12, and travel free with 16. Keep it or share it with your group. Groups of 8 to 11 get a custom quote, and smaller groups are often happiest on one of our public dates.

Take your club abroad together. Your own coaches can lead the instruction while our host looks after everything else.
