Day 1

ARRIVAL IN NICARAGUA

  • Please book your airfare into Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport (MGA) for included transportation to Rancho Santana.
  • Guests may also fly into Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica; however, transportation from LIR is not included, though it can be arranged by the resort for an additional cost.
  • Please note that flying into LIR also requires a border crossing from Costa Rica into Nicaragua.
  • Welcome dinner at Rancho Santana Restaurant
Day 2

PBT CLINIC + SUNSET CRUISE

  • Buffet breakfast at Rancho Santana
  • Private pickleball clinic with Pickleball trips instructors
  • Light group lunch at resort restaurant
  • Free afternoon to relax by the pool, go to the beach, play pickleball, etc.
  • Evening sunset cruise with dinner
Day 3

GUIDED REC PLAY + TREECASA EXCURSION

  • Buffet breakfast at Rancho Santana
  • Recreational play with group, instructors
  • Group lunch at the resort restaurant
  • Afternoon excursion to TreeCasa Resort, with miles of hiking trails, exciting water slides, etc.
  • Dinner on your own at resort
Day 4

OMOTEPE LAKE & VOLCANO TOUR 

  • Buffet breakfast at Rancho Santana
  • All day tour of Ometepe; includes ATV ride around island, Charco Verde laguna tour, and El Pital Ometepe chocolate tour
  • Group dinner on Omotepe Island
Day 5

PBT CLINIC + WELLNESS RETREAT

  • Buffet breakfast at Rancho Santana
  • Private pickleball clinic with Pickleball trips instructors
  • Light lunch at resort restaurant on your own
  • Afternoon trip to a sauna/cold plunge spa with optional yoga instruction
  • Resort dinner at your leisure
Day 6

GUIDED REC PLAY + FREE AFTERNOON

  • Buffet breakfast at Rancho Santana
  • Recreational play with group, instructors
  • Light lunch at resort restaurant on your own
  • Free afternoon to relax by the pool, go to the beach, play pickleball, etc.
  • Farewell dinner at local restaurant followed by finale bonfire
Day 7

DEPARTURE

  • Buffet breakfast at Rancho Santana
  • Check out of resort
  • Private transfer from Rancho Santana to Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport (MGA) is included.
  • Guests departing from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica may arrange transportation through the resort for an additional cost.
  • As a reminder, departing from LIR requires a border crossing from Nicaragua into Costa Rica.
