Day by day

Day 1

ARRIVAL IN SAPPORO

Please book your airfare to arrive into New Chitose Airport (CTS)
Meet our team at the airport (meeting time to be confirmed once flights are booked)
Train to Sapporo with the group and check in to hotel
Welcome dinner with group at restaurant

*Due to the time difference, travelers from North America will likely need to depart the previous day to arrive on the designated start date. Most travelers will connect through Tokyo on a domestic flight.

Day 2

ROYCE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, PICKLEBALL WITH LOCALS

Breakfast at the hotel
Depart for Royce Chocolate Factory
Tour Royce Factory and make your own chocolate bar
Return to Sapporo
Transfer to NEO Sports
Pickleball with locals
Dinner with group

Day 3

EXPLORE OTARU, PBT CLINIC #1

Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer to Otaru-a charming port town with shops, art, and a quaint canal (1 hr)
Glass art activity (optional)
Lunch on your own
Free time to shop and explore Otaru
Return to Sapporo
Pickleball Clinic #1 at NEO Sports
Dinner on your own

AINU CULTURAL CENTER, TRANSFER TO RUSUTSU, PBT CLINIC #2

Breakfast at the hotel and check out
Transfer to Ainu Cultural Center
Explore Ainu Center
Lunch on the way
Charter bus to Rusutsu Resort and check in
Pickleball Clinic #2
Dinner on your own

Day 5

PBT CLINIC #3, OPTIONAL REC PLAY IN RUSUTSU

Breakfast at resort
Pickleball Clinic #3
Lunch
Activity (arranged on your own) or recreational pickleball

Day 6

REC PLAY WITH LOCALS, GROUP ACTIVITY TBD

Activity as a group – hiking, rafting, etc

Day 7

TRANSFER TO HAKODATE

Breakfast at resort and check out
Charter bus to Hakodate with stops at Ukimido Park by Lake Toya and Yakumo Highway Oasis

Day 8

HAKODATE MORNING MARKET, GORYOKAKU TOWER, HAKODATE ROPEWAY

Breakfast at the hotel
Free morning to explore morning market and Kamen Street Brick Warehouse Pier
Lunch on your own
3:30-5:00 Visit Goryoukaku Tower and grounds
Transfer to ropeway (10 min)
5:30-7:00 PM Hakodate Ropeway
Group Dinner in Hakodate

Day 9

PLAY WITH LOCALS, FINALE DINNER

Pickleball with locals at Hakodate Arena
Free time to explore more of Hakodate
Finale Dinner with group and locals at a Jimmy san recommended restaurant

DEPARTURE
